Create a shortcut of any application on DESKTOP (workable on desktop only).
HOW TO CREATE SHORTCUT? - Right click on application and click on create shortcut from context menu.
NOW - 1 Right click on shortcut and select Properties .
2 There will be a line " SHORTCUT KEY : none " .
3 CLICK THAT LINE and type any word . suppose - H
4 Now your personal shortcut key will set with CTR + ALT + H.
This will always execute your shortcut if you press " CTR + ALT + H" with focus on Desktop.
