In this above link Red text is to be replaced by the link of your post and Green text is to be replaced with the text u want to share with the sharing post.

If you are using Compose portion then please shift to Html portion as compose portion only do text not coding . Any code or tag written on it will not be workable .

Blogtrick 1. Link Navigation control

Hi to all , nowadays lot's of people are attracting towards blogmaking as it had become a lot easier than earlier it was. It is due to blogmaking websites , few clicks make your blog in seconds. Most of them are not charging on it as they are inserting third party ads or their own tagline on it to increase their revenue and members.
Most of the bloggers are having less traffic on their websites as they are not as much professional to do advertising of their blog. So, on this point a question arises that Is there a no way for ordinary bloggers to increase traffic?.
Answer of this question is 'yes' there is a cheap and easy method of increasing traffic to blog and that is related with using some tricks. There are lot's of tricks i would surely share them one by one with you in every post.
The trick which I am going to show now is easiest as it is a trick only, means it do not require any high programming. Most posts shared by you must have link of any another page . When a visitor use to read post he immediately clicks on the link and get navigated towards another page and sometimes he forgets about
to navigate back to your page. So, your visitor is taken away by your post only.
To stop this loss of visitors you can use this code between the link which would open the link in new tab not in
same tab. Thus your visitor is saved and link also works. Code :

<a href="{url of ur own choice}" target="_blank"> go </a>

Red portion of the code is to be replaced by the url you want to enter and green portion is the just caption of the link , you can change it as you want.

eg.
<a href="http://www.hrmns.co.cc/" target="_blank"> go </a>

after publishing :--

"go" [note that link open's in another tab]

I know most of the reader who are reading it would be knowing it.They would have learnt in school's , colleges or by own.But the fact is of using it in real example means where you need it.
Use all the html you have learn't in a tricky way that's the best way of your learning.

{ Note: People who always use compose or just writing  portion which automatically does programming of html part have to shift on edit html portion while using this code as in compose portion anything written is taken as text only}

Hope you would like and give feedback...
Thanks

Google+ introduces identity-verification badges

Google is adding badges that certify the identity of users of its Google+ social networking site, starting with public figures and with people who have been added by many as contacts.
Later on, the verification badges will be available to a bigger scope of users who aren't famous or broadly popular on the site, Google official Wen-Ai Yu [cq] said in a Google+ post.
For now the main goal is to inform users which is the official profile of a singer, actor, politician, public figure or popular Google+ account holder they may want to add to their Google+ Circles to follow their public posts.
"When you visit the profile of a celebrity or public figure, you’ll see a verification badge next to their profile name. This will help you easily determine which profiles are owned by real, verified people," she wrote.
Verified Google+ accounts will feature a gray checkmark inside a lighter-gray circle next to the person's profile name. It's not clear from Yu's post how many "followers" a Google+ user needs to have to qualify as someone whose account merits having a verification badge.
Other social media sites feature verified accounts, including Twitter, which is used by many public figures to communicate with their fans.
Google is pushing a policy for its users to identify themselves with their real names on Google+, a principle that has worked well for Facebook, helping it create and foster a more trustworthy environment than exists on other social sites where people use pseudonyms.
Facebook's real-name environment is credited as one of the main reasons why it dethroned MySpace as the world's most popular social networking site.
However, Google faced criticism a few weeks ago when it started aggressively enforcing the real-names policy by deleting many accounts it determined to be in non-compliance.
In response to the complaints, Google said it would modify its notification process to potentially non-compliant users by giving them a chance to fix the violations and appeal instead of deleting their profiles first.
Still, some people argue that Google should reconsider the real-names policy, saying that in some cases it's justified for people to use pseudonyms to protect their privacy and security, as in the case of political dissidents and victims of spousal abuse.
Google+, launched in late June, has an estimated 25 million [m] account holders, but it is still in limited beta. To join Google+, people have to receive an invitation from Google or from an existing member.

Bing better than Google

A new search-engine study has identified Microsoft’s Bing as more effective than Google

A new search-engine study has identified Microsoft’s Bing as more effective than Google judging by the number of results users actually click on.

The study, by web tracking firm Experian Hitwise found that some 80 per cent of Bing searches led to a visit to one of the web sites identified in the results, compared to just 67 per cent of Google searches.
The study said that the relatively high percentage of searches that did not result in a visit to a website indicated that both the leading search engines had significant opportunities to improve their results.
The study found that Google’s share of the US search market dropped 2 per cent in July to 66.05 per cent as Bing-powered searches increased by 1 per cent to 28.05 per cent.

Yahoo, which uses Bing for all searches on Yahoo sites, increased its market share by 4 per cent to 15 per cent, while searches on bing.com itself dropped 2 per cent to 13 per cent.

Hackers vow to 'kill' Facebook on November 5

Citing privacy concern and security violation of user information, hacker group 'Anonymous' has vowed to kill the social networking site.

'Anonymous' has set November 5th, 2011 as the date to destroy Facebook, which in Britain is celebrated as Guy Fawkes Day, a commemoration of the Gunpowder Plot in which Fawkes placed explosives in  the House of Lords in 1605.

Below is the video released by 'Anonymous' explaining why it wants to take down Facebook.

The speaker in the video, invites people to join the cause and kill Facebook for the sake of protecting their own privacy.

"If you are a willing hacktivist or a guy who just wants to protect the freedom of information then join the cause and kill Facebook for the sake of your own privacy," the speaker added.

Mentioning privacy concerns and Facebook's ability to store and sell personal information about its users, the group said, "Everything you do on Facebook stays on Facebook regardless of your 'privacy' settings, and deleting your account is impossible."

The video claims the social networking site has violated the principles of online privacy and declared Facebook as the resident sinner in the eye of the AntiSec movement.

"Facebook has been selling information to government agencies and giving clandestine access to information security firms so that they can spy on people from around the world," 'Anonymous' said.

Why 'Anonymous' matters
'Anonymous' has claimed responsibility for every notable hacking attack this year, including the hacking into 70 law enforcement websites and took down the Syrian Ministry of Defense website.

Indian youngest player worldwide

Player Profile
-

NamePRATIK SHINDE
Age15 Years
PositionCentral Midfielder
Current ClubGalveston Pirate SC (US League)
Represented India AtU-13, U-15
-
It has been a rollercoaster ride for this 15 year old wonder-kid so far. Hailing from an extremely modest background with severe financial constraints, Pratik had to face innumerable hurdles to fulfill his dream of making it big in world football arena. However, sheer determination and hard work, coupled with his sincere love for the game, made him overcome all the obstacles to become the youngest Indian player in the history to sign a professional contract with a foreign club side when Texas-based Glavestone Pirate SC roped in the services of this talented Indian youngster for the upcoming season, which will see him playing in Southern Premier Soccer League in the United States.
A student of Adarsha Vidyalaya at Chembur, Maharashtra, Pratik started to play football at a tender age of 7, but did not take the game seriously until he turned 11. That’s when the games teacher at his school recognized his potential and brought him to Kenkre Football Academy for formal football training. After learning the basics of the game, Pratik joined Andheri Football Academy where he started to train under the renowned youth development coach Maloy Sengupta.
Maloy Sengupta, a coach of national prominence, who was also in-charge of India Under-14 national team, turned out to be one of the catalysts in making Pratik realize his immense potential and he encouraged him to pursue a professional career in football. Pratik’s brilliant display for AFA in various age-group tournaments did not go unnoticed and he was selected for the Under-14 team of the famous Stedfast Academy to represent the country in Gothia Cup Youth Football Tournament, Sweden. It’s a tournament which is considered to be the world’s largest talent hunt, with more than 40,000 players participating from prominent academies of 65 different countries across the globe.
It was the much needed international exposure that Pratik was eagerly waiting for. He grabbed the eyeballs in Sweden when he managed to get his name in the scoring chart against Germany Youth Team. His impressive performance in the tournament made headlines in Indian print and visual media. Mumbai-based institutional club Air India offered him a place in their junior I-League side, but Pratik was aiming for something even bigger. Meanwhile, his international trips continued to provide him valuable exposure, as he participated in various age level tournaments in Denmark and Germany, playing for the Steadfast Academy.
Dream of a billion hearts.
-Coach Maloy Sengupta mentored the young boy diligently, as he did not want Pratik to join the bandwagon of other talented Indian youngsters. Mr. Sengupta was confident that Pratik’s mesmerizing display in Gothia Cup, in front of the watchful eyes of talent-spotters from across the globe, will land him an opportunity to train with a reputed foreign club side – that’s the reason they politely declined Air India’s offer.
Maloy Sengupta’s assessment and faith in Pratik’s capability was validated soon as Spanish club Alcobendas FC came calling for acquiring the youngster’s services. It was a moment of reckoning for Pratik, but at the same time, financial constraints forced him to let the offer go as he could not manage a sponsor who could bear his travel and logistics expenses for the proposed trip to Spain. He was disappointed, but did not lose hope and started to practice with even more sincerity and dedication, under the guidance of his mentor Maloy Sengupta.
During the very same time, halfway across the globe at Huston, USA, a very reputed youth football coach was searching the world wide web on his laptop to know more about a promising Indian youngster, who had mesmerized him with his skills in the Gothia Cup. The coach was none other than Brendan Keyes – a famous Irish player during his playing days and also an Olympic Development Coach since 1996. Keyes also held the full FAI Badge and the USSF National Badge for Soccer Management and Scouting.
Brendan was then serving as the Head Coach of Galveston Pirates SC and he contacted Pratik after being impressed with the young kid’s talent.
“He’s just so crafty with the ball, and he’s got a ton of potential.” - said Coach Keyes.
Mr. Keyes and Pratik reached an agreement and the deal was finalized via a video conference. However, nothing had ever come on a platter for the soft-spoken young Indian boy, and this time also it was no different. Pratik was almost in tears when United States Consulate rejected his application for obtaining an US Visa. Moreover, coming from a modest financial background, he could not afford a ticket to travel to US. Pratik’s dream was nearly derailed.
During that moment of crisis, Buldana Urban Co-Operative Society Ltd. come forward to help the youngster live his dream. They sponsored Pratik’s travel expense, visa and insurance. Pirate SC coach, Mr. Brendan Keyes realized the poor financial condition of Pratik’s family and offered him a big helping hand by sponsoring his food, education and all other expenses during his stay in the United States. In the up-coming season, Pratik will be plying his trade in US Southern Premier Soccer League, wearing Galveston Pirates’s jerseynumber 17, under the guidance of an ever-watchful Brandon Keyes.

-
Five Interesting Facts About Pratik Shinde:
-

1. Pratik is the youngest Indian player in the history to sign a professional contract with a foreign club side.
2. He is also the youngest player worldwide to sign a professional contract with a Southern Premier Soccer League team in US State Soccer.
3. Pratik’s favorite player is Paul Scholes and he dreams of playing for his favorite club-side Manchester United.
4. Pratik’s favorite Indian footballer is Baichung Bhutia, whom he idolizes.
5. A dream very close to his heart is playing for India in a FIFA World Cup game.
-
In line with the famous saying  “All is well, that ends well”, it has been a well-deserved achievement for the young Mumbai lad so far, but he still has a long way to go before achieving his dream. The football lovers across the country hope that Pratik will do wonders at the international stage and make the nation proud.Hrmns.co.cc family wishes Pratik all the luck in the world, and hopes that this fairy-tale story of his will motivate numerous youngsters not to get disheartened by the obstacles in life, but to break the shackles and fulfill their dreams.

Second poem by him

Friendship

Friendship Friendship Friendship:

even more than kinship;

dictionary without the word hate
that changes our fate
whether early or late
Friendship a path without eternity
that changes our fraternity.

Friendship Friendship Friendship:
even more than kinship;
like a snow on mountains
falls after sometime and comes again
Best friends though all have
but no one is lucky like me
because I am having three-three
Best friends give support
but when are with us not
who holds our hand
is only a true friend.

Friendship Friendship Friendship:
even more than kinship;
like a mine of coal
where are the few diamonds
to choose them is work of our brain
sometimes we could be wrong
If then all things went in vain
who gives us love without end is only a true friend

author : krishan
